Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli w/ Butter & Sage Sauce and Fresh Salad Greens from the Mettabee Garden

For our last supper club of the year we have partnered with More Pasta Lab in Connecticut to offer fresh and traditionally made ravioli.

1 serving includes:

-1 portion of spinach and ricotta ravioli (6-8 pieces)

-1 portion of butter & sage sauce

-1 portion of salad greens with lemon & honey vinaigrette

Containers included. Your meal will be ready for pick up after 1:00pm on Thursday June 5th.

Ingredients:

Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli: fresh spinach, creamy ricotta cheese, parmigiano DOP, Pecorino Romano DOP, nutmeg 

Butter & sage: Organic butter and local organic sage

Salad greens with lemon & honey vinaigrette
